Not sure of what style or layout you want? Our Estimators have access to thousands of home plans to choose from. From the small starter home to huge mansions, we have something for just about everyone. See a plan you like but would like to tweak just a little to make it ‘yours’? Not a problem!! WE CAN HELP! Just tell the Estimator what changes you’d like to see and he/she can make it happen. (We work with a group of draftspeople who can customize your plans for a modest price.)

In addition to the Chester Dawe Home Plans, our Estimators can provide you with an estimate of what it would cost to build a home from your own house plan. If you have a plan or a picture or even an idea of what style you’d like to build the Chester Dawe New Home Estimator can estimate the building costs for you (for more accurate pricing an actual set of blueprints is required).
